Ask Kenneth to describe himself, and he’ll likely downplay the attributes often cited by the many clients and colleagues who’ve lavished high praise on our Founder and Managing Director. After all, Kenneth doesn’t believe in resting on laurels—a fact reflected in his impressive career path.
Early on, Kenneth made a name for himself “across the pond” in the fast-paced world of international hotel management. It wasn’t long before this native of Ireland could be found orchestrating large-scale, VIP meetings; as well as corporate functions and sporting events for a variety of high-profile clients throughout Europe and the United States.
With razor-sharp business acumen and a strong foundation in sales and operations, Kenneth has shared his many talents with a variety of top-notch clients and organizations, including Allstate, American Honda, Assurant, Bridgestone Golf, Church’s Chicken, Equifax, Jones Lang LaSalle, Microsoft, and SunTrust, to name a few.
Kenneth also has a genuine, passionate commitment to community outreach, volunteer work, and education. He has served as President of the Georgia Chapter of Meeting Professionals International and as a Board Member at Hands on Atlanta.

JULIE THOMPSON-WHELAN Vice President, Operations and Production

As Vice President of Operations, Julie Thompson-Whelan is responsible for the growth of the operations team that produces the high-quality meetings and events dynami is known for. In her previous position as Director of Corporate Events at New York-based Infor (the third-largest provider of enterprise applications and services), Julie was responsible for producing events. This included annual user conferences with as many as 6,000 attendees, international incentive programs, and regional sales meetings throughout the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
Julie earned her Business Administration degree with a concentration in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the College of Charleston. When she accepted an internship with the South Carolina Governor’s Conference on Tourism and Travel, the hospitality industry had her hooked!
LAUREN JUSTICE KOLVE,CMP Manager, Event Marketing

Lauren Justice Kolve has ten years of Corporate Event Marketing experience working in fast pace environments to successfully plan and seamlessly execute exceptional meetings and events to ensure maximum return on investment.

Prior to dynami group, Lauren worked at KPMG, LLP, Oracle and Conway, Inc. where she exclusively managed and executed over 70 domestic and international events annually with attendance ranging from 20 to 3,500.

Lauren excels at providing design, development and implementation of strategic event marketing solutions with a focus on enabling revenue growth and gaining market share while exceeding stakeholder expectations. Her proven track record of ensuring high-quality programs are delivered with impact in a timely and cost-efficient manner including multi-day Conferences, Webinars, Multi-Track Executive Seminars, Social Media Marketing, Trade Shows, Sponsorships, User Groups, Annual General Meetings, C-Level and VIP receptions, Town Halls, Holiday Parties, Executive Dinners, Hospitality Venues and Golf Tournaments.

Lauren graduated from Georgia College and States University with a Bachelor degree in Mass Communications with a focus on Public Relations. Lauren holds her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) credential issued by the Convention Industry Council and is an active member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI).
ARIELLE GALIMIDI, CMP Manager, Event Marketing

As Manager of Event Marketing, Arielle is responsible for executing and coordinating all logistics related to dynami meetings and events. Before joining dynami, Arielle worked as an Event Manager for DentalXP, a global dental education company with 100,000 members. For three years, she managed the company’s annual Global Symposium.
Prior to her event planning career, Arielle worked in sales for Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, the largest boutique hotel chain in the United States. While there, she was responsible for managing the contracting process for the Regional Sales Team and the company’s 12 properties in Washington, DC.
Since moving to Atlanta, Arielle has been heavily involved with the Georgia Chapter of Meeting Professionals International (GaMPI), and currently serves as Communications Liaison for the Special Events Committee.
Arielle earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, and received her Certified Meeting Professional designation in January, 2014.
LAURIE FIELDS Director, Event Marketing

A glimpse into Laurie’s home life is perhaps all you need to understand why she’s one of our greatest assets at dynami. Managing her three young boys is a lot like managing an event—sometimes manic and often unpredictable, but always an awesome adventure.
In her role as Event Marketing Director, Event Marketing, Laurie focuses on all aspects of program management for some of our most loyal clients, including Jones Lang LaSalle and Zaxby’s. After beginning her career in the publishing industry, Laurie arrived in Atlanta just in time for the 1996 Olympic Summer Games where she continued her career developing incentives and meetings for various clients in the telecommunications, pharmaceutical, and insurance industries.
Since then, she has honed her skills in all areas of program operations with expertise ranging from Account Management to Purchasing to Billing – and seemingly everything in between. Fast forward to the present and Laurie has more than 17 years of marketing, management, public relations, and event planning and production experience. You can see why she’s one of our most vital team members; helping our clients plan and execute programs, ranging in size from 12-550 attendees to more than 5,000, throughout the United States, the Caribbean, and many other international destinations.

In her role as Graphic Designer, Ashley not only brings high-level creativity and imagination to her design work, she is incredibly detail-oriented and works very quickly – a truly valuable skill in the meetings and events industry where things move quickly and last-minute changes are the norm. Perhaps her greatest skill is the ability remain calm and focused during these challenging times and demanding deadlines while still delivering design excellence.
Ashley’s career includes stops at a handful of agencies where she honed her craft and developed her design expertise and style. Her career began as a Marketing Coordinator before she became an Art Director, and later a Manager of Design & Brand Positioning. She has also worked as a freelance graphic designer.
Ashley attended Florida State University where she earned her Bachelor’s in Media Production & Film Studies.
TARVER LOWE Video Producer
Maestro of Movie Magic


Pay no attention to the man behind the camera!
Tarver is dynami’s free-spirited Video Producer and he’d rather keep your attention focused on his mesmerizing camera work and on our multimedia presentations. Tarver truly brings a “wow!” factor to any program, delivering exceptionally creative video.
Tarver’s fascination with video is rooted in his desire to entertain and inform, combined with a natural artistic aesthetic. After graduating from Emory University in 1995, he decided to pursue a career as a video editor. Soon thereafter, his ambitions led him to a career as an independent Producer/Director, creating presentations for McKesson, Cox Communications, Cox Enterprises, Piedmont Hospital, and Delta Airlines.
Perhaps his greatest contribution comes from the ability to respond quickly and effectively to constantly changing client needs (an inevitability in any video project). Tarver’s mastery of digital editing systems, combined with his expertise behind the camera, yields results that leave our clients breathless!
When he’s not busy bringing clients’ visions to life onscreen, an ideal evening for Tarver consists of quiet time at home with his wife and son and their menagerie of family pets.
ANGEL BRUCE, CPA Manager, Accounting

In her role as Manager of Accounting, Angel is responsible for “keeping the books” and ensuring all financial matters stay on track.
Angel is a veteran in the accounting world, having worked in public accounting for more than 20 years. She worked for Anderson, Hunt & Company, where she focused on auditing, reviews and compilations, taxation of individuals and corporations, and client accounting. She has served clients in a variety of industries, including retail and wholesale sales, manufacturing, engineering, international import/export, auto dealerships, technology, hospitality, marketing, non-profit entities, healthcare, and legal and professional services.
A dedicated volunteer in the Atlanta community, Angel graduated Magna Cum Laude from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Management. While attending KSU, she also served as an Accounting Assistant at Price Waterhouse.
